When do you ship?
- We ship out all packages every Wednesday at 2PM PST. If you miss the deadline of Wednesday, your order will be shipped out following week.
- We can only provide shipping to US and territories. For all our Canadian friends, shipping is possible, however, it is costly. Please contact us for shipping quotes outside of the USA.

What shipping carrier do you use?
- All boxes are flat rate shipping through UPS. What this mean to you is the cost of shipping will not defend on the weight, rather the size of the box making your shipping rate most cost effective.
